I was reading an article by the CEO of Society for Human Resource
Management that says there are some CEOs giving applicants a snowflake
test. If they answer too many question wrong, the application goes in
the trash. It also points out how many are simply refusing to hire
women at all saying they can't afford the liability of someone saying
or doing something to offend them.
