Sure. And so could we, but we don't, and neither to any of the other
"legitimate" nuclear powers. Inspections are tightly controlled. The fact
is, Saddam was being nicely contained, and this could have continued until
such time as we had enough human intelligence on the ground to topple him
from within.

Instead, we have a circus.
