Yessir. I was still a baby when my grandparents got rid of the wood cook stove and got an electric range in the mid-1950s I remember the old wood burning kitchen stove. It also heated water. Not sure if it was a Kemac or something similar but the house always had a familiar odor that I instantly recognized on our once a year visits. |
