â€œThe tax bill just doesnâ€™t provide much benefit to most people,â€ said
Vanessa Williamson, a fellow at the Brookings Institution.

A recent CNBC poll found that most people arenâ€™t noticing much of a benefit
from the tax law. The CNBC poll said that just 32 percent of working adults
reported having more take-home pay due to the new law.

You threw a red herring in there. People making less than $25k don't
pay any income taxes at all. What you are saying is the tax PAYER
gives them an extra $60.

First we don't know if the $60 is even true.
I may miss something here, but if a single person makes $25k,
minus the standard deduction of $6,350, minus the personal exemption of
$4,050 leaves a taxable income of $14,600. The resulting taxes are
$1,723, a $60 cut is 3.5%.
A 3.5% tax cut is better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
But not good enough huh Harry?
