I saw that the other day when I was browsing through the Netflix
offerings. I think I'll watch it ... it's a 10 part series though...

offerings. I think I'll watch it ... it's a 10 part series though...

I watched it on Dish (History channel I think) but I have it in my
queue on Netflix. I am really not going to miss Dish.

I remember when The History Channel was called the Hitler Channel because of all the rehash Europe’s theater ww2 stuff on there. Different documentary, same footage..

It's in color, and the narration is the best I've ever seen.

It's in color, and the narration is the best I've ever seen.

Good deal! Maybe I can watch some of it in between my wife’s romance channels..😳🤣

I agree about the B-roll, how many times have we seen that guy with
the STG44 walking by the side of the road (sometimes reverse image).
.... Or the periscope shot of the destroyer coming at you.

Yeah, and I've watched only the first episode. But it was great. Gives a good lead up to WWII,
starting with the end of WWI.
