Bridge collapse
It appears the reports of the collapsed walkway bridge *was* undergoing stress tests when it fell apart. They were tightening cables on it to confirm the stress ratings. Why they were doing this with busy auto traffic passing under it is crazy. New reports also indicate the companies involved have a history of being fined for violations in the past. Why would they even be selected for this project? Stupid. |
