They should ship some of their coyotes up to 'Airree's neck of the
woods sp that he can enjoy them also.

I am sure they are there if they are 40 miles down the road from him.

Is that based upon your scientific knowledge and observation of my
immediate area? While it is possible, I've not seen or heard - in 15+
years here -anything that would indicate the presence of coyotes.

From my house to yours is about 45 miles. I've already mentioned the coyotes in our local park, so
his estimate is not far off.

A quick google search indicates that the coyote population has expanded
state wide in Maryland since first observed in 1972. The fact that
Harry personally hasn't seen one certainly doesn't mean they don't
exist. He says his property abuts heavily wooded land. I am willing to
bet they are out there.

We've had coyotes around here for years and their existence is well
evidenced by the dead wildlife they leave behind. I've only seen one up
close and personal during the daytime and that was several years ago.
However, I've seen their tracts left in the snow and the results of
their "hunting" activities at night twice in the last year.

Coyotes have decimated the deer population in southern Virginia according to a hunter I talked with
down there. They can take down a deer, as they often hunt in packs, but what mostly go after, and
get, are the fawns. Fawns don't stand a chance.

They've been around Calver County since you got there. From the news, it seems you may have brought
them.

"They’ve been in Calvert County for at least 15 years or more.

A coyote’s diet consists of small mammals, like mice and rabbits. They will kill and eat deer as
well. Coyotes are very adaptable animals but a mixture of forests, fields and wetlands is a perfect
environment for them. They also will come into suburbs so Calvert County is a “great place for
coyotes” to live."

The garbage Fat Harry throws on his lawn feeds the critters
coyotes eat; if not the coyotes themselves. What a pig,
eh?

He's doing his bit to make Calvert County a "great place for coyotes to live".

Default Speaking of Coyotes...

Watched a program on one of the cable channels some time ago. According to the information in the program there are coyotes in every county of the lower 48 states.

They even live in New York City and not just Central Park. They have been seen in Detroit, Chicago and just about every other large city.

To you and The John, probably nothing.
If all y'all know any real Christians, ask them.

Never delt with "the nuns".
Sisters of Charity taught at the girl's school next door from primary to 9 and at a different wing at our segregated high school.
