From a case worker: https://68.media.tumblr.com/08491fa0...2l8o1_1280.jpg The leadership of Baltimore and its school system should be proud. .... Wow. That’s really sorry. If I was a parent I’d be royally hated. Whose in charge of the budget boondoggle there, anyhow? Heads oughta roll over that... Well, the Republican governor is getting all the blame, so he must be in charge of Baltimore's budget. Isn't that the way it's done? Wasn't Michigan's governor the one responsible for Flint's lead problem? That is the standard practice for these democrat run **** holes. They just start running up the chain of command until they can find a republican to blame, then it is all his fault. Flint is a great example. Once the dust settled and the hysteria died down, the real problem was the Flint city water managers simply failed to put the anticorrosive chemicals in that the Detroit system was using for essentially the same water. I suppose some of the blame for the collapse of the cities goes to LBJs great society. He piled up all of the welfare money in big cities, drawing the largely unemployables into the cities. The employed moved out and left a hollowed out shell without a tax base to support themselves. Excessive taxation drove out what little low skilled (manufacturing) employment opportunity was left in those places. Harry is the first one to say, without a college degree, employment in the city is hard to find these days. |
