I suppose he told you that?
The fact still remains that Bobby used Hoover to violate the rights of
people who crossed the Kennedys with his full consent and knowledge.
You also seem to give Teddy a pass for depraved indifference homicide.
Hoover was much like Trump...people overcomplimented him to gain his
favor and so he would leave them alone.
But the Kennedys had no problem sending that "psycho" to spy on
people, sometimes innocent people
The wiretap on our home phone was troubling on a number of
constitutional grounds. First there was no warrant and secondly it was
an attempt to circumvent lawyer client privilege because mother's only
connection to the Hoffa case was that she managed the administrative
people on the legal team.
Everyone on that legal team had their home phones tapped, at the order
of Robert ****ing Kennedy.
It so outraged someone in the bureau that they leaked the transcripts
to Ed Bennett Williams and everyone got a copy of the transcript of
their particular phone
Teddy had a lot of anguish about that accident. I knew one of Teddy's
closest friends for more than three decades, and in Teddy's last years,
the Senator used to walk his dog to a building where I had an office and
Teddy's friend did, too. Sometimes I'd end up dog-sitting for an hour
while the two of them visited. Teddy's friend discussed "what might have
been" with me, and the political aftermath of that death came up every
time. I got to greet Kennedy a few times, myself. He was a great U.S.
Senator, one of the greatest in our history, but a troubled man. The
loss of three brothers didn't help.
Teddy probably felt bad that this endangered his career but when
minutes counted, he did not give a ****. He went home and did not tell
anyone there was a girl drowning under that bridge until the next day.
(probably after consulting with the family attorney and making up the
best story possible) He walked past dozens of houses and every one of
them had a phone. That is depraved indifference to human life. AKA
murder
I bet Casey Anthony had anguish too when she was caught. Anguish is
bull**** when you murdered someone.
