I suppose the real question is how many who don't have it, really got flooded. If you are in a flood zone, it is pretty hard to get a mortgage without flood insurance. Apparently not true, since it is apparent a lot of Houston is in a flood zone. Apparently you don't know that large areas of Houston are flooding that aren't in a flood zone and have never flooded before. |
