Rahm couldn't pull that of on his own?


I don't think Rahm or any other Democrat mayor wants help in controlling gun violence. The more
shootings and killings the more whining they can do about gun laws and lack of enough welfare money
to keep those good kids off the streets. The same holds true for education. The poorer the
education, the more believable the Democrat 'we'll help you' line is.
