Oh, I didn't think you would be that interested in a contemporary photo
of me, but I thought your buddy FlaJim and Herring, both of whom seem to
have masturbatory fantasies about me, would like a snap that isn't close
to 20 years old. In fact, I think it was Herring who dared me to post
one.

I'm surprised this is such an issue for them. Their hero, Trump, must
weigh more than 300 pounds.

If you have indeed lost that blubber shown in the 20 year old pic,
congrats. Been there, done that and I know it ain't easy. In fact,
after a winter of relative inactivity it's time to lose some again. Not
as bad as I once was but need to drop 10-15 lbs. I was once much
heavier. Never again.

I had an issue that combined a thyroid problem and lower than normal
body temp that fortunately was diagnosed and treated, and as a result,
with exercise, too, I was able to drop a lot of...avoirdupois...

Started off today with 90 minutes in the gym, which was overdoing it
because I was still sore from digging a zillion holes over the weekend
for the zillion plants my wife bought at the nursery.
