Default Crazy...

How do 81 people in one week "forget" they have a firearm in their carry
on? I'm sure the vast majority - hopefully all of them - somehow forgot
they had a gun in the bag they chose for their trip but that's
ridiculous. You also have to wonder how many were undetected and made
it on the plane.

It would be interesting to look into these people a little deeper to
look for patterns.

My guess is infrequent travelers who grab a small bag for their chips
and tablet and forget they used it earlier as a range bag.

I am a gun guy and I still wonder how anyone forgets where their gun
is.

I agree. Mine are cleaned and returned to a safe. We only have four
that are not locked up and we always know where they are.
