Sounds like either Doctor's Lake or Black Creek. Good fishing area, but you have to be careful...the salinity really drops out there, and "there be gators aplenty" in some of those creeks. Whiteys Fish Camp on Doctors Lake used to have decent "fish camp" food, but I have no idea what is like these days...haven't been there in about 20 years. http://tinyurl.com/j8raqp8 Alligators don't jump into boats like his. |
