Is The John a boater again? Just in time...we were drafting legislation to ban disruptive non boaters from the group. ;-)

Had a great time yesterday . Put 3.25 hrs on my break-in schedule touring the North West Arm, harbour, Eastern Passage area and the Bedford Basin.
Only 8.75 hrs to go and I'll have my full 20 in.

A boat with a straight Chevy 6? Really? How interesting.

I mentioned writing the check a few weeks ago - 15 June to be exact. It needs a bit of work, but I
think it'll be a sweet ride once fixed up.

I'm thinking it needs a bit of a tune-up, but it should pull like a clydesdale. Maybe I'll name it
'Clyde', just like that old 850T Guzzi I put 137,000 miles on.

Keep me 'filtered'. You don't want to know anything about it.

That was the engine of choice for Mercruiser for years. There are a
****load of 18-22 foot I/Os with the 6 cylinder Chevy truck engine in
them.
