Besides
the only MOA rifle I have is a mere .22. ?
That ranch rifle is not that accurate huh? Should have kept the H-bar
I guess. My M1A was supposed to shoot inside 1 MOA when Springfield
sold it to me but I was never good enough over iron to prove it. I
played with one of those GI scope mounts but I am not convinced it
works that well.
I'm sure it is me, not the rifle. I can consistently shoot 1-2" groups
with the CZ 455, and I can almost consistently
shoot 2-3" groups
with the Ruger Mini-14. I haven't had a chance to shoot the Mini-14 as
much as the CZ. One of the shooters at the outdoor range I frequent
shoots much tighter groups than I do with his current generation ranch
rifle, the same rifle I have. Practice, practice, practice...is the answer.
There's a guy at the range I've seen only once with a CZ...and he's
shooting dime-sized groups. I think *that* is way beyond my skill set
and visual acuity.
