Yes he was and is a jerk. When I told him it wasn't his but was titled in my name he calmed down a bit. His brother is a stand up guy that wanted it off the property and the jerk showed no interest in it till it was gone. I still came out ok but really did it to help the good guy out. He had enough on his plate already...

Bill, I think that's what he was trying to do. He just seemed to be that type of a person.
