Some folks say it's great stuff, others claim it's no better than any other oil. From my understanding, it comes down to the additive package they put in the oil. It's certainly not bad stuff. |

If the Moto Guzzi doesn't make it to 50 years old, I'll blame it on you. http://www.amazon.com/Red-Line-Oil-S...ib6L.98J3X QA -- Ban liars, tax cheats, juvenile name-callers, and narcissists...not guns! |

The main claim of synthetics and premium oil is extended change intervals. The reality is modern engines will outlast the vehicle they are in most of the time, even if they are ignored. |

The oil gets changed once a year, whether it needs it or not. At a tad over $3 per quart, that stuff is very reasonable. |

You put a couple of quarts of syn oil in your bike each year, and you are getting it via mail order to save a couple of bucks? Hehehehe. You are the very definition of an asshole. |

Wife got five years of no extra charge synthetic oil and filter changes with her Toyota and it turns out that I got three years of the same with my Toyota. 10,000 mile intervals, though I had her car's oil changed at 5,000 and I'll do the same. It's rolled into the price of the car. Nothing is "free". |
