When is there "without traffic" if you are commuting?
Maybe if you work 2000- 0445.

When I was working at 1801 K st NW, it took me 45 minutes to an hour,
just to get to Clinton, just south of Andrews and that is far closer
than Huntingtown. (working 0830-1745) It usually took 20 minutes or
more, just to get to the Anacostia River.
It is one of the main reasons why I passed on the instructor job.
I did it for 3 months and I was done.
