Default boating salmon fishing river

Nice day yesterday. Launched about 10 am in Walnut Grove. 80 degree day,
no breeze. Trolled the river for one 35" salmon. Pretty fresh fish in the
river, just starting to,change color. A few fish caught, lot of fish on
the sonar. Sorry about those getting flooded. Got word yesterday a friend
lost all in the Butte Fire.

Minimum. The Sacramento River region has lots of varieties. Some with
size and possession limits, some protected and some no limit. Last trip
no salmon, but hooked a large mouth bass of about 3#. River has striped
bass, sturgeon, bass, salmon depending on time of year, several varieties
of catfishes. I prefer the white cats. Pan size, and great eating.
