That is another issue and as far as I know all of the federal super
max prisons are run by the FBOP.

carefully before you post.

Go read your sentence, dim bulb:

Just what does the phrase, '...to get the private sector...altogether.' modify if not
'to moderate the SuperMax facilities...".

And you consider yourself a 'writer'. There was no 'and' in the sentence.

Harry just posts his opinions about unrelated things and then
complains when we say he is changing the subject.
