Greg, you said your 'ex'

Did that boat used to be 'your' barnacle farm?

I know that Bayliners used to have a vary poor reputation. Maybe still
do. Even if they improve considerably , it's hard to overcome a bad past.

Doubt they can overcome the negativity. My statement is they were nice
lines, nice looking boats. Poorly constructed, but nice design.

If you like bubble boats. The Trophy line sort of looked okay, but back
then they had a chintzy lamination schedule and lousy, lightweight
hardware.

I know several people who are happy with their Bayliners. In the end
it comes down to expectations and how you're going to use the boat.
The larger boats in particular seem to have been better built.

My ex has one, 30 sumpin feet but I think it is basically a barnacle
farm since she got away from being the commander of the CGaux there in
DC.

Does the government subsidize barnacle farms with price supports?
:)

They (we) subsidize you, deadbeat.

"Nice design" means more than the way they looked, Bilious, and "poorly
constructed" means more than the materials that were selected.

Take another sip, Bilious, and go sit in the rocking chairs on the porch
with Zell while the daycare nurse prepares your lunch.
