Default Eating Asian carp

So I called my cousin and he said he netted about 200 lb yesterday. They usually kill em and let the anals have they're way with them, but there are some people that want some and he'll give them away.

I asked him if he'd filet me some. So I've got a few pounds saved for me. I think I'll like it. Evidently they're not that hard to work up.

Let us know about the bones. I'd think a carp cannot be filleted (sp?) because of the
bones being everywhere.
