My brother in NC had to be taken to the hospital for difficulty breathing last week

cleared up. Will ride down today to spend the weekend with him.

FWIW, once diagnosed with lung cancer, he stopped smoking, only to start with the
e-cigarettes. Doctor said those were not at all good for him.

No pneumonia shot as far as I know. I had a slight case of pneumonia a
couple weeks ago. Bronchitis. Pneumonia is not a disease, but a symptom.
Means fluid in lungs. As to smoking, I get upset at people who sue these
days saying they did not know smoking was bad. Give us a break.

There is actually a vaccine recommended for seniors that will offer some protection against pneumonia.

According to Slammer, it's not available to Canadians.

According to Pfizer Canada, Prevnar 13 is approved for use in Canada.
I didn't check on the second.

Snerk...that's what they told him. No responsible gov't would waste an expensive vaccine on a piece of **** like him.

Actually had two of them, the old and the new. I've had pneumonia twice, both times
when I was smoking. Since I stopped I've not had a problem.
