I hope your writing for them is better than that last sentence.

Frankly I think your friend the nun would be appalled at some of your
past behavior. Have you confessed your misdeeds and asked
forgiveness? That's the Christian way as you surely must know.

Frankly, Wayne, no matter how hard you try, you aren't going to get a
response from me that matches your nastiness. I know that annoys you.
Have a nice day.

Sounds like you've had a lot of exemplary role models. And now you're
going to tell us that you've patterened your behavior after theirs?

All you get in rec.boats, Wayne, is me not calling posters like you and
some of your buddies here nasty names, either directly or via innuendo.

I do what I can to help non-profit organizations with writing, editing,

Oh well, nothing has changed with you except the angle of attack... my
first "plonk" of the new year. Later asshat! LOL!

Say what???
Johnny's a retired Christian?
That sure would explain a lot!

Wrecked.Boats seems to have several CINO's...Christians In Name Only,
who forget the teachings and admonitions of their saviour when they
check into this newsgroup.

If you understood Christianity you would know, that it's not for you to
judge who is a C and who is a CINO.... It's ok, we are fully aware of
your limitations.

Oh, I understand Christianity quite well. I had long talks about it with
Jesuit priests and with nuns while I was growing up in New Haven, a city
which back then had a large Catholic population, and then in college,
where I had a roomie who was studying to become an Episcopal priest, and
more recently with a priest faculty member and several nun faculty
members at Catholic University of America, where my wife got her
doctorate. Plus, my father in law, who is a Presbyterian, has spent most
of his retirement practicing Christianity by helping those most in need.
So, yes, I know how real Christians behave and are supposed to behave.

Your mileage, apparently, differs.

Your arguement is insane, there are not "real" Christians, and there are
no "Unreal Christians", no matter how many college idiots you talked to...

Uh-huh.

Who are "we"??
It seems you have appointed yourself as a 'spokesperson' for a number of posters in here.
I'm sure no one else would be dumb enough to appoint you.

Are you asking for a list of folks aware of Harry's limitations? Why
would you want such a thing? In
any case, just make a list of all who post here on any given day. Harry is widely known.

John, you might consider getting help before you suffer a stroke caused by
your hatred of me.

Hate? Do you honestly think you are important enough for that expenditure of emotion? I don't 'hate'
a pile of dog**** on the sidewalk. If I were to have a stroke due to you, it would be from laughing
too hard at what a joke you are.

What a nicely mannered sweetie you are.

Well, perhaps *you* can say no to a nun if she asks you for help. I can't.

Indeed, John's behavior here is exactly what I would expect from the
ultra-conservative, Christian, retired Army officer he is.

What nastiness is that? I thought we were having a nice little chat
about Christian values. I hope the dialog with your friend the nun
goes better.

Perhaps we should leave Scotty of Connecticut alone...he's going through
several sorts of hell on the homefront.
