Oh, and the only thing sub rosa is how you actually broke your hand. That's a secret, eh? :-

Sprains there, according to my doctor and occupational therapist. Bone
fracture on other side at wrist healing nicely. No secret...I hit a guy
*really hard*. Got almost full movement back outside of soft cast. My
doc wonders if I broke the other guy's jaw. Dunno.
