Would you want a stoned guy driving your truck?
Could the cops still cite him for DUI? (that is yes)
This is far from a settled issue. It will still be up to employers
whether failing a **** quiz is grounds for termination.
I am not sure I would want a stoned employee working for me and that
would include pot, heroin or (legal) prescription pills.
If they have a little lapse and get hurt or hurt someone else, you are
still liable.

Speed might be OK tho ;-)

He did not use it at work they said.

Talk about "tin hat" lol.. if there is, a true CBD form that doesn't get
you high, I guarantee it's a one off product like the one going through
the courts now for a 7 year old kid... Medical MJ is a joke, maybe 1% of
users really "need" THC or CBD... The rest just want to get stoned..

So let them. I have nothing against casual pot smokers. Better than
drunks.

BTW ... what does a "tin hat" have to do with my comment? All I said is
that some forms of medicinal pot does not get you high. There have been
several reports on it's success.

I bet that won't be a big seller. When I was walking around in
Colorado, before the general legalization, the dispensaries still
bragged about how powerful their "medicines" were.

Crested Butte was an interesting place. They had 5 streets and 6
dispensaries ... and nobody in a restaurant ever got an order right.

It was the biggest concentration of "sick" people I ever saw. ;-)

Do not know what the drivers illness wis. As to Colorado, they figured big
tax revenues. The legal pot has so many taxes and fees, that it is about
2X the price of pot on the treet. $250 vs. $125 or that range.

My God, why don't you all check your facts... I know a lot about the
business, my kids best friends sister owns one of the biggest, most
popular "dispenseries" in Colorado.... Your numbers are made for tv news...

Never said I was an expert.. Sorry to butt in on your personal soap box

LOL.

My brother's boss's mistress's stepson knows someone who visited a
dispensary in Denver. I'll ask what the going price is per ounce.
