Model R/C airplanes are the only kinds of aircraft that can perform those extreme 3D maneuvers, in fact R/C invented 3D. A full-scale Pitts, Cap232, etc... just doesn't have the power-to-weight ratio to hang on the prop practically motionless in the air, then power up and shoot straight up. They aren't flying, but are using prop wash and large control surfaces to stabilize themselves. It takes considerable skill and practice.
