Cheers Max,
I think you mean the Antarctic Circle, since the adventure seemed to have reached its climax close to Argentina. I don't know of any books about that yet. "Max Wilkinson" wrote in message ... Hey , First of all I am not a sailor , however about two years ago I saw a program about a young Scandinavian man who sailed a small boat , I think it was called the berzerk or something similar from Scandinavia across the atlantic with the intention of reaching the arctic circle . The program was a video diary he kept along the way . He stopped off in Argentina and met a guy called David (didnt give his full name) who pursuaded him to let him accompany him on his adventure . Eventually they reached the arctic circle , however the boat was capsised in a storm and fill with water , however they managed to right it again . At this point david had had enough and flagged down a large passenger ship and agreeded to pay his way back to argentina by working in the kitchen . It mentioned he was going to write a book about his experience , does anyone know of such a book or more details about this adventure ? It was the most amazing program I have ever seen and I hope they've made a dvd of it as I think it was part of a series on the bbc . Cheers , Max --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
