Now there's a great idea. Get smoke belching polluting, noisy kiddie bike racing into the Olympics.
What would be next... Nascar racing?
....and what do mean about giving us "another gimmie".
Not sure if you understand how the Olympics works but athletes have to beat the best the world has to offer in order to earn a gold medal.

Don, what is 'belching, polluting, noisy' about BMX racing?

Do you have any idea what you're talking about?

Here, maybe this will help:

Johnny, you should read carefully before making dumb comments.
The vertically challenged guy from CT was suggesting freestyle motocross.

Don, you should try to tie your responses to a specific post. Greg posted about BMX bicycles. You
responded to 'something'.

Now you're trying to convince me you weren't talking about BMX bicycles.

Now I'm beginning to see why you find it necessary to add an 'ny' or 'ie' to peoples names.

A bit babyish, but kinda cute in its way.

Perhaps there will be a sport that involves buying one gun after another
via mail order and never finding the one that's suitable.

Uh, FOAD, I think you've proven you've had or have many more guns than I can dream of.

It's hard to keep it all straight, eh?

I haven't watched Olympic sports in many years, but I seem to recall a
couple of events for pedal-powered bicycles. That seems appropriate for
the Olympics, but I'm pretty certain there is no place in the Olympics
for engine-powered sports, and there shouldn't be.
