Well Johnny, I suppose curling lacks the slam bang, shoot 'em up
type of
activities y'all are so fond off.
There's a lot of strategy and thinking involved, along with the
skill
level found in Olympic class athletes.
I've got to admit, I find women's hockey a little more
interesting. But I
can understand that it
might be too slam, bang, shoot'em up for you.
They probably also like ribbon dancing in the summer Olympics. And
True
North as a janitor has to admire the broom work in Curling.
Now *that* is funny!

It's not right to make fun of Don because of his profession. He
doesn't do that about anyone else's
occupation. Besides, becoming a janitor takes a lot of training,
especially the liberal arts type.
Where would we be without them?

And, most likely the heroin found in that Fallsburg elementary school
was found by an observant
janitor.

I don't know what Don did for a living back in the day, but whatever
it was, it was certainly on a higher societal level than traveling
overseas to a country that did us no wrong and be part of a United
States effort that resulted in a decade of shootings, bombings, and
use of chemical weapons. Really, John, it's hard for me to think of a
job that was less useful than participating in a war against Vietnam
in which years of efforts were made to try to shoot, bomb and
chemically send Vietnam back into the stone age, and kill about a
million Southeast Asians in the process.

Do you ever feel remorse for the killing games in which you
participated, either directly or indirectly? I mean, Vietnam was not
like WW II in which the future of the free world was at stake, right?

Duty and job are not the same, asshole.
