I saw it on air and the mayor did have a point. 99% if the pictures
and stories they broadcast were of the suburbs, not the city of
Atlanta.

I understand it was, for Atlanta, a hell of a storm and there were a few
deaths and a lot of suffering and terrific traffic problems, but, other
than that, I don't see why there's been such a fuss. This year's storms
in the northeast have had much more serious consequences for a lot more
people.

Southern cities shouldn't be expected to have made the capital
investment in snow removal gear and scheduling and everything else that
northern cities have to make. I saw the governor of Georgia interviewed
at length on TV yesterday, and he seemed as rational and reasonable as
anyone about the weather and the problems it created.

What deaths did you hear about in Atlanta? The mayor said there were no fatalities. Are you getting
the CNN or MSNBC version of the news?

Maybe you should spread the word to those 'journalists' at NBC/MSNBC/CNN.
