All the macs I've bought over the years have arrived via FEDEX from
overseas, and all arrived in good condition. Which does not refute
your experiences, of course.

I have the original box in which the iMac was packed, with its hard
foam inserts, and the outside shipping box, too. It's important to keep these.

Must have more storage room than I do. Plus, maybe you should do more
research before buying a PC. Then you do not have to change every year.
