Truly, A gruesome appellation. G I plan to be cremated and have my
ashes scattered in my lovely St. Johns River. I can't think of a better
place to spend eternity.

I do know what you mean.
There is a new procedure that replaces the disk with silicone bits,
but I haven't heard too much about it. Also not sure if I'd want to
be buried with "silicone implants". )
