The question was, why wasn't there Republican outrage in 1983 (meaning
elected Republicans going nutso, holding endless hearings, holding up
presidential appointments, et cetera). The answer is, there wasn't,
because, well, you know...a white guy was president back then.

Perhaps because there was no time for any type of reaction. The truck came through the gate, parked
and blew up. No calls for assistance in fighting the truck driver was made, nor were there cover-ups
about the ineptitude and lies of the administration.
