We is "IDesigns" and the other programmers we worked with at the time...
Me personally? Not that it is really important to the conversation but I
did the part that the HHS can't seem to get right with this one Call
it, logistics... I was the liaison between the different companies, us,
and the other programmers, I was instrumental in testing and developing
the initial architecture or general mapping of the site which many times
meant changing structure and function right there in the middle of
development... Why?
