Bull****. Zimm WAS arrested immediately. He was released, properly, because there was not enough evidence to hold and prosecute him, which the politically-motivated trail later showed to be the case.

loogy argued a while back that to be arrested you simply had to be detained against your will by police, when it was about Zimmerman's previous arrests. Now he's going to argue that Zimm was not arrested when he shot Martin.
