If iboater's idea of "battering" is giving someone a shove, I'd be
leery of blowing my nose within 10 feet of him. He would probably
claim attempted murder.

Zimmerman was initially charged with assault with violence, but that
was quickly changed to assault without violence, and then the charge
was dropped completely. He was coming to the aid of a friend while
drinking who was being restrained by a plain clothed LEO who's
identity was unknown to Zimmerman when he shoved him. Doesn't sound
all that unusual or bad to me. Sounds more like a good friend.

As for "beating his wife" .... there have been no records presented
that support that. There were mutual court orders to stay away from
each other based on mutual accusations of domestic violence.
Domestic violence can consist of physical abuse but can also be
emotional abuse, neglect and other physically passive actions.
Yelling at each other can be domestic violence.




There you go popping Kevin's bubbles. A 'battering' and a 'beating' is what Zimmerman got at the
hands of Trayvon.
