No, it seems that you and Harry and must now have the same email address because "Earl" is on his posts a lot of the time now. |

They apparently think I will read the turds they excrete in here. Eisboxh is a big fan of flajim. 😄 |

I don't care what you think of the fact that I have a friendship with Jim that goes back many years. You've posted a lot of bull**** about him (and probably others) that you have no way of knowing. I *will* acknowledge that he gets a big kick out of it however. Many here have little respect for your style of trying to bully your way around with your writing skills fueled by an enormous ego. It's unfortunate that it appears to be all you have to offer in terms of expertise. I can say that with respect to a broader range of general knowledge and capabilities, and without violating any trusts, ol' Jim has you beat hands down. |

Sad. --------------------------------------- It could be frustration. I often see a similar attitude in many of the left wing Democratic pundits that appear on the various cable TV shows. It reflects an attitude that seems to say, "Hey, we won. We have a mandate. We should be able to do anything we want. Those who don't agree should just accept our agenda or STFU." Reading his posts here, it's obvious that Harry is nothing but a parrot of the official Democratic party line. Even his cute little phrases and talking points are direct copies of those of the TV left wing pundits. They must have an email mailing list of approved lefty positions on the issues. When it comes to political issues and debates I haven't seen any original or unique thoughts presented by Harry. It's all the same stuff you see on the news. He and his like can't accept that politics doesn't work that way, ergo the frustration. bitterness, hate and name calling. The one I really get a kick out of is the attempt to paint anyone with conservative views as a "racist", simply because we have a black president. Give me a break. That's the perfect form of prejudicial BS and is used only because it is thought to be hard hitting and effective. |

It was YKW who triggered Skipper's apparent meltdown. |

I can say that with respect to a broader range of general knowledge and capabilities, and without violating any trusts, ol' Jim has you beat hands down. I'm not baiting you. You've told me any number of times you are an admirer of the "humor" and insults of your buddy, flajim. As for your buddy's general knowledge and capabilities, I've seen little evidence of it here. Apparently he used to work on outdrives and helped you with a problem. Nowadays, he seems to work on getting off by posting mostly insults all day long, which is why he is in my bozo bin. We used to have a couple of boat dealers who shared technical information and even a mechanic here, and the latter published articles that demonstrated his knowledge. Their identities were known. They got little here but insults from assholes like your good buddy, who hasn't even the balls to do so with his identity known. He's a coward. About the only person here these days whose advice beyond the superficial I'd value for things engine and engine accessory related is Tim. Fortunately, I know some top-notch boat mechanics in this area, so when I have questions, I ask them. Now, notice that while I have no respect for your friend, I have, as usual, made no personal comments about you. Oh. Respect. This is a trash newsgroup, and is not a place I'd come to for "respect." |

He shared his knowledge and opinions in troubleshooting problems others were experiencing and would also acknowledge when he was wrong. It's tough to define a problem remotely and not everyone can do it. It's only when this newsgroup started heading for the crapper that his tone changed. I think he's here now for the entertainment value, like you. ----------------------------------- Oh. Respect. This is a trash newsgroup, and is not a place I'd come to for "respect." -------------------------------- That has become obvious. |
