Of course, Karen fom Oz, she outed the design problems with the early
ETEC outboards and made a lot of people unhappy, especially those who
owned them or had a stake in selling OMC engines. It was always fun
trying to decipher some of her more obscure Australian slang. It
turned out she was dead right about the ETECs as proven by subsequent
redesigns and OMCs demise.

She demonstrated over and over that she was much more knowledgeable than our most vociferous member,
which is probably why he was so jealous of her.

Jealousy's a cruel taskmaster.
