There's always a reason. :-)

Personally, I'd want twin engines, twin generators and a flybridge. It
has probably been run hard and put away wet.

Personally, I'd want twin engines, twin generators and a flybridge. It
has probably been run hard and put away wet.

I am thinking more of an occasional use liveaboard to have down south
somewhere. (TBD).
I'll have to go back and read the specs again but I *think* they
indicated twin engines. "Lugger" or something like that.

Too big for me though. But it seems to be impressively equipped.
Even has a water maker and a 20kw genset.

The lack of clear specs in the listing is yet another red flag IMO.

Luggers are basically good engines - usually marinized John Deeres.
