We have a new friend whos dad is a collector of muscle cars... Loves
Fords, but has a Vette, a Chevelle (pretty much a driver, all
origional), and a few others to go along with his pack of Ponys...

That's cool. I'm a Ford guy myself, but I appreciate all cars. Owned a little bit of everything, and they all have their good and bad sides. But I have to admit, I do hate an early 70's fat fendered Chevelle. The one the bow-tie boys drool over. Give me a '68 396 SS Chevelle any day!

WTF has this got to do with boats? The little freak doesn't trailer a
boat. He trailers motorbikes and someday maybe his single wide to
West Virginia, where he'd be at home.

Guns and death are just as close to boats and boating as this crap.

I went from a Toyota 4Runner to a 4WD Silverado 2500HD. Pretty big jump. Get used to it pretty

quickly - or hit a lot of stuff.

I have an F-150 SuperCrew and I love it. Nobody pulls out in front of you when you are

driving down the road. Mine has a 156 ince wheel base and I can do a 3 point turn in my two

car driveway. Whenever I go somewhere I do stratigic parking, park out where nobody is.

I've also noticed how courteous drivers have become since I got the Silverado. It's a remarkable

transformation. I had no idea my purchase of a big pickup would improve the manners of such a great

many people!

I'd race ya - if you'd strap a 10K lb trailer to that 'vette!

You *could* knock off your **** and join the club. The atmosphere's fine until this starts.

BTW, did you buy a gun for your boat? I might could make you a good deal on a Sig Sauer P250 in 9mm.

Mustangs are FAR more reliable than 'Vettes.

Funny, I've always been a Ford guy, because my father was! In the little
town I grew up in, there was a guy who after graduating high school,
went to work for the state road department (his father worked there as
well), still lived at home. He had a pickup truck, but bought a brand
new 1969 SS 396 Chevelle, last year of the shaker hood. He put it in the
garage, covered up, every couple of weeks, take it out, run it maybe 15
miles, bring her back, wash it, wax it put it back. Last I knew, he
still had it, about 8 years ago, with 15k on the odometer.

The F-150 Lightening was a Porsche killer.

Yeah, and they still have the best "retro remake" in my opinion...
