Easy to say. When you have been through the dept of children, lawyers,
cops, school officials, the state Atty Gen.... and still got no results,
then you can come spout off as to what you would do....

-----------------------------------------

Sorry, but I find that hard to believe. If a public school teacher was
using his/her position to advance a personal political agenda onto young
kids and it was brought to the attention of the school's
administration, I doubt very much it would be ignored. You seem to
imply that you have personal experience that goes beyond that .... with
complaints to "dept of children" (whatever that is), lawyers, cops,
and even the state Attorney General and got no satisfaction.

Why do I suspect this is BS?

Because it's me saying it and you can't stand being corrected....

---------------------------------------------

I am often corrected when wrong and I can acknowledge that. Done it many times here.

I just don't believe your claims. Either that or your accusations
regarding the teacher involved were groundless.

I can't even imagine why Scotty would have a school complaint that would
interest a state atty general.

Sorry but I don't recall you "documenting" anything here about this or

I was born and reared in Connecticut. I have many friends there,
including some in medical and social welfare services. I'm heading to
Connecticut again soon to meet up with old friends, and I'll have to
remember to ask about the "Department of Children." I've never heard of
such a department in the Nutmeg State.

In Florida they would be referring to the "Department of Children and
Families".

http://www.myflfamilies.com/

They run everything from the food programs to the "crazy kids who kill
their parents" prison.

It has the same name in Connecticut. I was simply pointing out another
instance of not getting it right. It's the Department of Human Resources
here in Maryland.

If he really "grew up" in CT he would be familiar with the old name
"Dept of Children and Youth Services"... Otherwise, he and his bud are
just trolling. I have come to the conclusion that they were being honest
a few back when they said they were only here for the fighting... "to

are pushing harder and harder to draw someone in for their own pleasure.

What do you mean, "If I really grew up in Connecticut"? I was born in
New Haven and spent my first 18 years as a resident of New Haven. Our
family had no issues that would have had us calling upon or hearing from
the "Dept of Children and Youth Services."

The problem here is that you continue to post absurdities that make
little or no sense and then get upset when people ask you about them.
What possible infraction might a teacher have committed against your
kids that you would have contacted the attorney general of the state?

Several years ago when I went through it all, it was well documented

school and change anybody...

-----------------------------------------

Sorry but I don't recall you "documenting" anything here about this or
any other subject. Maybe you did. I just don't remember it.

But, if, as you state, you brought the issue up to "the Department of
Children", the cops, school officials, lawyers and the state Attorney
General and they all ignored you, maybe you should consider what or who
the common denominator was.

Not sure about the "sane" part, but being plonked by Scott is probably
for the better. He can't handle criticism of anything he says and
somehow twists things around to interpret any criticism as being
directed towards his kids or wife or someone other than him. I got a
kick out of that. The comments I made about him appealing to his list
of people including his state Attorney General regarding a teacher
pushing a personal political agenda had nothing to do with his kids.
It had everything to do about *him*.

BTW ... sending a strongly worded e-mail to the Attorney General's
office really doesn't count. I'd be more interested in what the
lawyer he claims that he contacted (but did nothing) had to say.

I released everyone from my Bozo bin. Well, almost everyone. That
nutcake slammer went back after seeing a couple of his posts.
Why do people bother responding to him? He's obviously mentally
disturbed and responds to any attention afforded him.

I don't like putting anyone in the Bozo bin. The world is full of
differences of opinion and there's nothing wrong with having vigorous
debates.
But when they reduce to endless rounds of escalating name calling and
the " I know you are, but what am I?" mentality, it gets old real

Everyone is different. But as you know, I've known Jim personally for
many years, both before and after he moved from my area. He helped me

Jim has his political views (and those on other subjects) that are
not consistent with yours and frankly are sometimes not consistent
with mine. In the past several years you have never been exactly
bashful about rendering opinions on the I.Q scores, employment
background or general experience of those who don't share your way of
seeing things. So, one thing leads to another. "What came first,
the chicken or the egg?" type contest.

That will never be resolved. But, if you have him in your Bozo bin I
think you may be missing some humor .... which is what was reminiscent
of Skipper.
Some of the exchanges you had with him were hilarious.

Skipper and I were quite friendly "off channel" in emails and often

I never saw anything even slightly humorous about FlaJim. He's just a
