We do have a Florida law about it tho.

Reads a bit ambiguous to me.

You can't sell or give a firearm to a minor under 18 without a note
from
the parents.

A dealer can't sell a firearm to a minor.

So, are those over 18 considered minors?

And what lawful activities allow a minor under 18 to possess a loaded
firearm.

Funny stuff on first reading.
