Same here, you have to have will power, unbelievable will power. But after a year when I started to get clear lungs, I couldn't believe how much better I felt. === Yes, that was the good part, feeling better and no longer being physically addicted to nicotine. It's a tough habit to kick however and even a year later I would sometimes find my hand in my shirt pocket looking for a pack of cigarettes that wasn't there. Oh, yeah, several years after quitting, I'd smell cigarette smoke and it stunk, but I'd think, man, I'd like to have a cigarette!! |
