This will require that the current gasoline and diesel fuel taxes will have to be repealed. They will not be repealed, they will just be added on to... They are already testing systems like that, I "cited" that for loogie over a year ago... It was iirc, in Oregon... Testing a system which would tax motorists based on a GPS in the cars black box...
