You're putting it in a bank. Earning interest off of it. The bank is
using it. What if the bank goes belly up? Oh yeah, it won't.

You are cashing the checks and putting the money away?

Yes. In real life, there is no check these days. It is a direct
transfer.

But you can give it back, and you should seeing how you think it's dirty
money.

Yeah, but he would rather see the country go belly up.

So the question was bogus because we are talking about generational
theft.

Please show how it is "theft" ie: unauthorized taking.

The kids who are going to have to pay did not get to vote for the
program they are going to have to pay for. I still believe when the
full weight starts falling on them they will learn to get to the polls
and they will throw momma from the train.

That's just ignorant, right wing crap worthy of a fart invested moron.
Man, I love that sentence!

I am actually learning a lot myself. It takes a lot of homework when
you need to be able to cite every statement you make.

So, you admit that mostly you talk out of your ass until someone calls
you on your bull****. Then you try to weasel out of it by citing a
bunch of stuff that has nothing to do with the original point.

I think this may be the equivalent of getting a poli sci degree at
most schools and it is free. ;-)

A useless degree, right? So, why are you bragging?

I do thank Al for getting all of the government resources we now have
available online. Things that used to require going to a library and
thumbing through hundreds of Dewey cards is not a few clicks away.

I don't know why I feel obligated to do all of this but it may just be
that intellectual curiosity thing Harry talks about.

Yeah, well, you got yours and **** everyone else. Perfect.

I will end up giving them more money when I die than I ever collect
from SS. I am ****ing you and your kids, and it feels good.

Yup. That's right. Thanks for being honest. What you didn't add was
that this is and will always be your intent. **** everyone else.
That's exactly what I was saying. Thanks for confirming.

Just you.

Yes, just confirming it for me. Perfect. Try weaseling some more. It

The IRS and I complied before thy pulled their gun but we all know, if
you don't they will come get you.

Ask Wesley Snipes.

Did they "point a gun" at him??

Snipes? Probably

Nope. But feel free to weasel out of it by citing some other bull****.

The use of the gun is always implied if you don't comply voluntarily.

Really? Always? I don't know that many IRS officials who carry a gun.

All laws are ultimately enforced at the point of a gun. That is why
cops all carry one.

Really? I've gotten speeding tickets, other traffic violations and once
when I was young disorderly conduct while on spring break in Ft.
Lauderdale. Not once was a gun pointed at me.

I had a black Md State cop point a gun at me on the beltway ... but I
did have Florida tags. It was a full felony stop (out of the car, lay
on the ground, have the car searched etc) He may have been holding a
grudge. I got a ticket for going 64 in a 55 on a "pace" and he never
claimed I was going any faster. The other cops that stopped to back
him up even laughed at him.

I did not see any humor in it.
I got it tossed in court because he did not show up.

Too bad. You broke the law. You should have paid the fine, but as
typical you weaseled.

I got drawn on once at a stop... I was moving a car for the dealership I
worked for, off the clock and was dressed in my leathers head to toe
(including my jacket:)... I had the temps from the dealership in the
back seat. The cop pulled me over cause I had no plates on. Forgetting
my attire, I got out of my car, and I reached in the back window, threw
the bag on the roof of the car, and reached in for the plates:) Uh, dumb
me.... but a few minutes later when he found out who I worked for, we
had a good laugh and went on our way...

Yeah, dumb you. Well said!

How is Stockton, San Bernadino and Compton doing?

So, now you're claiming that cities never fail and never go bankrupt.
You're claiming that stockton is somehow representative of the entire
US?

It failed for the same reason. unfunded entitlements.

Why dno't you claim we're just like Greece. What a numbnuts.

Reagan and Clinton both did things along those lines but nobody has
tried it since.

Reagan did ****.
http://home.adelphi.edu/sbloch/deficits.html

Again you are not addressing the issue

Yes I am. You're just changing the subject. Sure is easy, but it's
totally transparent.

How am I changing the subject, we were talking about SS legislation.

The 1983 tax bill Reagan signed raised the tax rate on wages for SS
from 10.7% to 12.2% and it was in the bill that it would rise to the
current 12.4% in 1990. That bill also allowed the IRS to tax SS
benefits, originally up to 50% was subject to the income tax. It also
accelerated the increase in the salary cap and raised the full
retirement age.

That is a lot more than "not ****"

The 1993 tax bill that Clinton signed (passed by a tie breaking vote
from Gore) raised the taxable amount of SS benefits to 85%,
It uncapped the top salary for medicare taxes

The 1994 law imposed FICA taxes on all domestic help with a threshold
of $1000 a year.

Maybe you should learn how to use Thomas if you want to play the game.

What's your point? You quoted Thomas but you don't provide any
reference point. What point are you trying to make? that we should go
back to the gold standard? Jesuss christ you sound like you need to
take a lude.

We were talking about which presidents propped up Social Security and
what they did.
It sounds like you are the one who is eating ludes like jelly beans.
It would explain why you can't keep up with what we are talking about.

Presidents? Huh? Congress is the one who alocates money. Try again.
