You don't know that at all...

But do make it up as you go along, just like the Zimmerman case... Or
Sharpton/Brawley..

My take away from Zimmerman is even if you are right and the shooting
is justified, it still may cost you $300,000 to stay out of jail.

My takeaway is that if you're looking for trouble with a gun in your
hand, you're likely to find it.
