Default Decided on Dry Tortugas

All,

Here are two more links I found re NOAA, the NMS and NOAA's GCEL, (Office of
General Counsel for Enforcement and Litigation.

The first is to the office of the general counsel for Noaa, the office which
does the
prosecuting of Noaa cases.

The second is to a sub-page of the first being a link to the schedule of
fines, etc and
serving apparently serving as a guideline for the OGC when they impose
fines, etc. I had
not seen this before. Note the $5,000-25,000 fines for first time
violations.
