I understand that, and I also understand they usually aren't "engineers," as we think of that term in the construction industry. Combat engineers also blow things up. The question was rhetorical; I wasn't expecting a specific answer. Herring's disdain for those who haven't had any breaks in life for whatever reasons and his disdain for the children of those people made me wonder whether he "learned" that while associated with military actions that killed more than a million Southeast Asian peasants. |
